1. About Lyra Tech
Lyra Tech is a Dublin-based business organisation service. Lyra
helps small businesses, self-employed professionals, and early-stage
businesses organize operational information, documents, tasks,
reminders, payment follow-ups, and simple reporting views.
2. What the service includes
Lyra services may include organising business documents, receipts,
task lists, client information, payment follow-up notes, simple
reports, website setup, WhatsApp automation, CRM setup, and related
operational workflows.
The exact scope, price, timing, and deliverables should be agreed
with Lyra before paid work begins.
3. Service boundary
Lyra Tech does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. We help
business owners organize their operational information and prepare
clearer records to share with their accountant when needed.
Lyra does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, solicitor, or
regulated bookkeeping provider. Clients should speak with qualified
professionals for accounting, tax, legal, payroll, compliance, or
regulated financial advice.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information and documents;
- checking the final accuracy of records, reports, and business information;
- keeping original documents and official records where required;
- making final decisions about tax, accounting, legal, and business matters;
- not sharing passwords, bank logins, card details, PPS numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through the website chat or contact form.
5. Payments and cancellations
Fees should be agreed before work begins. If a paid pilot, monthly
support package, or add-on project is agreed, Lyra will explain the
price and expected scope before starting.
Cancellation, refund, or rescheduling arrangements should be agreed
directly with Lyra based on the stage of the work and the scope
already delivered.
6. Website, automation, and AI-related work
Website building, WhatsApp automation, CRM setup, and AI chatbot
work are scoped separately. These services may rely on third-party
platforms, hosting providers, or software tools. Their own terms,
privacy notices, limits, and availability may apply.
Lyra aims to build simple and practical systems, but cannot guarantee
that third-party platforms will always be available or unchanged.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
Lyra aims to handle client information carefully and only use it for
the relevant service purpose. The website Privacy Policy explains
how personal data may be handled through this website.

8. No guaranteed outcomes
Lyra helps improve organisation, visibility, and day-to-day business
processes. Lyra does not guarantee business growth, revenue, profit,
tax outcomes, accounting outcomes, or platform approval decisions.
9. Limitation of responsibility
Lyra is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information
supplied by a client, missing documents, decisions made without
professional accounting, tax, or legal advice, or issues caused by
third-party platforms outside Lyra's control.
